I found the food options to be plentiful. The hotel offered various a la carte restaurants. A dedicated coffee shop was available, though it was a bit hidden. Fresh coconut water was readily available directly from the tree. (It was a real treat!)

The staff did not replace towels several times. They also forgot to put new shampoo in the room. The staff seemed to expect tips every time they provided service. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere.

My goal to have a great time aligned with the resort's staff. The beach is excellent with a wide space, a comfortable entrance to the water and soft sand. The beach was promptly cleaned even after storms.

The resort is very large. A tram goes around every few minutes for transport. Sometimes, trams are packed and finding a seat is difficult.

This was our second visit. We upgraded to platinum level and found it worthwhile. it offers more options. the staff are always helpful and fun. the beach is beautiful and relaxing. the weather was sunny every day, even when the app predicted rain.

The buffet was repetitive. After two weeks, it became monotonous. i noticed a burger from the food truck was consistently left uneaten.

The room cleaning service was not good. Our room was not cleaned one day, and the tip was taken. Another day, they made the bed with a wet sheet. There were also leaks from our bathroom ceiling and the front desk response was not satisfactory.

The hotel features newly renovated bungalows and rooms that were very clean. Staff members were friendly and seemed to appreciate tips. I found the only decent coffee at the coffee shop. The alcohol selection provided sufficient options for drinks.

Swimming pools closed at 7 PM. This limited the evening relaxation options considerably.

The grounds include well-kept gardens and lush vegetation inhabited by pheasants and ducks; this adds to the scenery. A trolley service transports guests around the premises because of the distances. The gym was closed for repairs during my visit.
